How We Operate

A love of fashion makes the economy go round - Liz Tilberis.

Our company operates strictly  through appointment bookings. Here are the steps you should go through to book your appointment today.

(1) Call Juliet at (905) 820-1061 or (416) 768-0456.

(2) Just bring your fabric and style you want us to sew. Alternatively, we have a small fabric collection for sale you can select from.

(3) We have sample styles available. After choosing your style, we will take your measurements.

(4) You have two choices:

(a) to bring your own materials needed to sew your custom dress. This includes your lining, zippers, hooks, elastics etc. In that case, we will only charge you a service fee of about $60.00 for sewing the dress.

(b) to let us purchase all supplementary materials and bill it to you, in addition to the service fee for the work done. In that case, we charge an average of $80.00 depending on the cost of the materials.

(5) The normal turn around time is one (1) week or a little over. Any rush work needed to be done within 1-3 days attracts an Express Fee of $20.00 on top of the normal fee.

(6) Clients are expected to try all finished custom-made dresses and shirts on so that any adjustments can be made to fit the finished material to your satisfaction. Any customer who refuses the try their dress and takes it away does so with the understanding that, should anything be wrong with the dress, we are not to be held liable.

(7) You are Guaranteed Quality and Satisfaction!
